You’ll get great writing that entertains and informs your audience and you’ll get it before deadline. I write articles for consumers and professionals that are a “good read”—interesting, insightful and engaging. I write succinct and snappy copy that’s well-researched, well-organized and informative.
What are your qualifications?
I’m a registered dietitian (R.D.) with 20 years experience in the nutrition field. I specialize in translating nutrition research and recommendations into engaging and helpful information and advice for professionals and consumers.
My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Marygrove College in Detroit and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I completed a dietetic internship at University Hospitals of Cleveland. I'm currently pursuing certification as a Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches, which is affiliated with the American College of Sports Medicine.
I’m a member of the American Dietetic Association, Michigan Dietetic Association, Lansing Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs of Michigan, The Center for Mindful Eating, and Wellcoaches.
As a registered dietitian spokesperson for the United Dairy Industry of Michigan, I've been working in nutrition education and communications for 17 years and have been interviewed by over 50 media outlets.
Has your writing been published?
Yes. My articles have been published in Healthy & Fit magazine, Today’s Dietitian magazine, Michigan Out-of-Doors magazine, Woods-N-Water News magazine and Children’s Voice magazine. Although I specialize in writing about food, nutrition, health and wellness, I’m interested in writing about a wide variety of topics.
